Stevie visits Paris :)

As most of you know Stevie is studying abroad in London for one semester.  During her mid semester break in October she came and stayed with me in France for 10 days!  Here are some photos from our time together.

The first set of photos are from the Palace of Versailles.

La belle vie a Paris

Life is so insanely beautiful in Paris.  Everything is an art form.  The wine, the cheese, the gardens, the fashion...

Photos from a fashion blog of French women during FW
Chateau de Saint Germain en Laye (where I live, Paris's "royal suburb") Le Chateau de Saint Germain en Laye was the original "castle" before Palais Versailles. Louis XIV was born here in 1638. During the early 1940's during the German occupation the Chateau served as headquarters for the German Army in France.  The gardens (jardins) were some of the first Italian style garden introduced to France.

Photo from inside a Fromagerie =)

One of the most famous public gardens in Paris, Jardins des Tuilieries. I liked this picture because of
the Eiffel Tower but the gardens are actually massive. More pictures to come.
